You are either an accountant or someone who mostly fills out invoices and payment orders.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Is there a precise definition of what accounting culture is?<\/p>\n<p>At the risk of scandalizing traditionalists in this area, I will tell you that<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/plans\/\">accounting culture is a combination of experience, knowledge of laws, good &#8220;reflexes&#8221;,<\/a> good attitude towards clients, courage and &#8230;, surprise and general culture.<\/p>\n<p>If I had to compare accounting to a sport, it would be chess, because in our field everything depends <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/\">on decisions and the choice of combinations.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But for this the accountant must read. A lot to read. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/category\/schetovodni-kazusi\/\">Information on all accounting cases.<\/a> And in general, reading is mandatory for the accountant.<\/p>\n<p>It is probably normal for your customer not to know how many changes to the VAT Act have been introduced in the last few years.<\/p>\n<p>But it is abnormal for the accountant not to know these changes down to the smallest detail.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/danachno-tretirane-na-zakupuvaneto-na-softuer-po-reda-na-zdds\/\">If you have a rich accounting culture, you will never let your client fall into a ridiculous situation.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Here is one such example.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In short, a company whose business includes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/onlayn-targovia-chrez-elektronen-interfeys-i-sobstven-onlayn-magazin-danachno-tretirane-saglasno-zdds\/\">e-commerce<\/a> through the AMAZON platform produces goods and sends them to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/prodazhbi-chrez-amazon-na-teritoriata-na-es\/\">Amazon warehouse in Germany<\/a>, where the goods are stored and directed to customers.<\/p>\n<p>One fine day he receives a notice from the tax authorities in Germany about VAT due. The company is in real shock because&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; because the accountant with a low accounting culture has neglected to read, learn and apply the VAT Law, according to which the Bulgarian company must register under the VAT rules in Germany &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>But since this is not done and because the accountant has a low accounting culture, he gives the wrong advice. As a result, the Bulgarian company pays serious VAT in Bulgaria, and then it turns out that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/danachno-tretirane-na-onlayn-targovia-na-teritoriata-na-treta-strana-saglasno-zdds\/\">it was not due here in Bulgaria.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>And if the accountant had read, learned, understood and applied the VAT Law correctly, he would have known <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/onlayn-targovia-v-amazon-pravo-na-danachen-kredit-za-zakupenite-stoki-ot-balgaria-uskoreno-vazstanovyavane-na-dds\/\">that the company would not only not have to pay VAT in Bulgaria, but would have recovered it.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Good accounting culture means that the accountant is knowledgeable even about such exotic legal changes as the famous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/kakvi-nepriatnost-moze-da-dovede-na-neregistriranite-po-zdds-nepoznavaneto-na-cl97a\/\">Art. 97a of the VAT<\/a>, which requires companies that are not registered for VAT to register under this same article if they do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/reklamirate-deinostta-si-vv-feisbuk-i-gugl-registrirahte-li-se-predi-tova-po-zakona-za\/\">ad on Google or Facebook<\/a>, so they can receive invoices for their expenses.<\/p>\n<p>But we&#8217;re still talking about a good accountant, right?<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully, however, your accountant is aware of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/novi-pravila-i-rezhimi-za-onlayn-targoviata-v-es-ot-1-yuli-2021-g\/\">the new rules and regimes that apply to online trading and are effective from 07\/01\/2021.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the accounting office <a href=\"https:\/\/correctaccountbg.com\/kontakti\/\">&#8220;Correct Account Consult&#8221;<\/a> we believe and are convinced of the correctness of the saying &#8220;A person learns while he lives!&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, every day <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/category\/schetovodni-kazusi\/\">we learn something new and some new combination<\/a> of the accounting &#8220;chess&#8221; to be useful to our clients.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kakda.bg\/plans\/\">And yes, we have a rich accounting culture, but we are constantly enriching it.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If someone is said to be a person with a rich common culture, that should sound like a compliment, right?
